Chestnut Honey

Extracted Chestnut Honey is a honeydew honey which is gathered mostly from eastern black sea district of Turkey . It is produced mostly from sugary secretions of chestnut trees picked by bees flying around the chestnut forest. It may also include some linden tree flower honey if exists in the area. Chestnut honey is usually preferred in winter. The honey has strong odour due to its ingredients. Products are subject to analysis and tests according to Turkish food codex honey declaration.

Carob Flower Honey

 Carob Flower Honey is a honey variety in which the bees are heavily collected from the flowers of the carob trees.

It is dark colored and has a sharp taste. Harvest takes place around the Mediterranean region in the autumn.
